This Modern Eclectic BTO 5-room home at 224A Bartley Beacon was designed to balance bold personality, modern luxury, and everyday functionality within a warm and inviting living environment. Curated by Jeff from Renologist, the space combines layered textures, statement materials, and expressive design elements to create a home that feels both visually impactful and deeply personal.

The interior features a thoughtful mix of rustic stone textures, dark walnut carpentry, marble accents, sculpted ceiling curves, and ambient lighting details that add depth and character throughout the home. Instead of following a single rigid style, the design blends modern contemporary aesthetics with eclectic influences to achieve a unique and cohesive atmosphere.

One of the standout features is the dramatic stone feature wall paired with timber-inspired ceiling beams, creating a cosy lounge-inspired dining space. The illuminated display gallery was also specially designed to showcase the homeowners’ anime collectibles, transforming personal hobbies into part of the home’s identity. Curved ceiling lighting further enhances the immersive and atmospheric feel across the communal spaces.

The kitchen adopts a darker and more sophisticated material palette with sleek cabinetry, integrated appliances, and textured finishes that contrast beautifully against the softer neutral tones in the living and bedroom areas. Custom carpentry solutions were carefully planned to maximise functionality, storage, and seamless spatial flow while maintaining a luxurious visual appearance.

Throughout the renovation journey, Jeff worked closely with the homeowners to understand their lifestyle needs, design preferences, and overall vision for the home. From space planning and material selection to lighting coordination and detailing, every element was intentionally crafted to create a stylish yet highly functional living environment.
